Returns can be made via our returns page. Always use the email address you used to place your order. You can find your order number in the order confirmation.

If the return process does not work, it may be because you are outside the return period or there is another issue. In that case, feel free to contact our customer service at support@culistack.com, and we will assist you immediately.

I no longer have the original box

It is not a problem if you no longer have the original packaging. Just make sure to pack your product securely and carefully in another box or bag so that it remains well protected during transport.

I have not received my money back yet

We ensure that you receive your money back within 14 days after your return has been received in our warehouse. We will refund the amount using the same payment method you used for your order.
