What is the delivery time for your order?

Your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days. Is the delivery time taking longer? Please contact us.

Why haven't I received a confirmation of my order?

You should receive a confirmation of your order by email within 12 hours. Be sure to check your SPAM folder if you cannot find the email. Haven't received a confirmation? Then please contact us with the following information: the email address used to place the order and your order number.

Can I still change my order?

Your order will be processed immediately once you have placed it, making changes or cancellations usually no longer possible. But you can always try contacting us; we might still be just in time.

Can I also have my package delivered to a pickup location or P.O. box?

Unfortunately, this is not yet possible. We can only ship to a residential address. Often, you can use the carrier's track and trace link to indicate that you want the package delivered to a nearby pickup location. You need to arrange this directly with the carrier.

My discount code isn't working, what should I do now?

In that case, it is best to contact our customer service. They will then see how they can best assist you further.

What happens if I am not home during the delivery of my order?

The courier can then offer the package to the neighbors or bring the package to the nearest pickup point. In both cases, you will be notified via your email address.

How do I return my order?

We want you to truly enjoy your cookware. That’s why you can try cooking with your CuliStack order for 60 days. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return the set to us FREE of charge within 60 days of receipt. Once your return is approved, we will refund the full purchase amount.

I have received my order, but one or more items are damaged. What is the best thing to do?

We are sorry to hear that you have received one or more damaged items. To resolve this as quickly as possible, please contact us with the following information: your order number, your email address, and a photo of the damaged item(s). Once we have received this information, our customer service will contact you and offer a replacement or refund for the damaged item(s).

Payment and shipping costs

What are the shipping costs of an order?

Delivery costs within the Netherlands and Belgium are free from € 50. For orders within EU countries, the shipping costs are €4.95.

What are the payment options?

IDEAL

Participating banks are ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, Handelsbanken, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank, and Van Lanschot Bankiers.

The security of the transaction is guaranteed by the customer's bank. In our checkout, customers choose iDEAL and their bank. They are then redirected to their bank's online environment and asked to log in. The amount to be transferred and further payment details are already filled in; the customer only needs to confirm the payment.

Pay later with Klarna

‘Pay later’ gives you the option to pay within 14 days. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an invoice via Klarna. You arrange the actual payment yourself with Klarna.

Bancontact

Bancontact works similarly to iDEAL. Bancontact is mainly used by our Belgian customers.

Credit card

Paying with a credit card is very easy. All you need to do is enter your card details and authorize the payment. Cardholders can make purchases on credit and pay later. Usually, this payment takes place at the end or beginning of the month.

Belfius direct

Belfius is one of the largest Belgian banks. The bank provides its own payment solution for its customers. Belfius customers can make real-time payments in their familiar banking environment. Information such as beneficiary, amount, and description is provided in advance, which eliminates the chance of failed transactions. Payments via Belfius Direct Net are guaranteed and the status is immediately available. This makes the payment method an excellent way to receive payments from Belgian customers.

PayPal

When paying for a purchase, you only need to use the email address and password of your PayPal account, and no further personal or financial information needs to be provided, making it a very secure payment method. Payments can also be made via phone or tablet, allowing you to pay easily anywhere.

Are the prices including VAT?

Yes, all prices include VAT. After your order, you will be taken to the thank you page, where you can download the invoice immediately.
